He began a new career as a funeral director, and has been so interesting to follow his journey so far! So many scary firsts with learning to care for the deceased.
And through his own personal losses, he's learned even more what families need.
We have a frank discussion about enbalming and death care, but also about helping families through some of the worst days of their lives. And that's what he wanted to do, help people.
